Job Description:
We seek a talented and creative User Interface Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer at Werremeyer Creative, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products and ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, product managers and developers, to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Apply user-centric methodologies to usability patterns and information architecture.
- Employ various human-centered, accessible design techniques, including conceptual models, wireframes, and interactivity.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting for back-end dev.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the original vision.
- Maintain and evolve design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Passion for great design, user experience and site usability.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficient with image authoring tools and prototyping tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch & Figma.
- Basic understanding of ADA standards for websites.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end design is a plus.

WE are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our team full-time to expand our digital practice. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Research – Assisting with the research of clients and competitors in the digital space,
developing reports, and presenting findings to the team
Strategy – Collaborating with the team to develop strategic and integrated marketing plans
Execution – Building, optimizing, executing, analyzing and reporting on digital campaigns
to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create content and optimize the user experience and SEO rankings.
Optimization – On-going optimization and recommendations of digital and social campaigns
Experience Preferred:
Experience launching and managing digital and social media campaigns, creating data reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, SEO, and Meta Business Suite.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks aligning with timelines
and budgets, self-motivated - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong content creation skills, especially for SEO
- Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Passionate and takes pride in work
