With more than 20 years of experience shaping healthcare policy and advocacy at the federal level, Nyoo Health founder and CEO Priya Bathija brings a proven track record of working at the intersection of regulation, care delivery, and system-level change. What she needed was a way to translate that depth of expertise into a clear, scalable consulting practice that healthcare leaders could understand, trust, and act on.

How do you transform deep expertise into a scalable consulting practice?

Many healthcare organizations still view women’s health through the lens of men’s health, or they’re focused on maternity care or compliance checklists. That narrow view often overlooks how women’s health is directly connected to workforce retention, care quality, patient experience, and long-term organizational performance.

Priya understood that health systems needed a more comprehensive approach. When she met with us, she also knew that scaling her impact would require more than a logo and a website. It meant we would need to build the foundation of a business that could flex and scale with intention.
