TheEventHive.com Features a Variety of Templates & Planning Essentials
Event Hive (TheEventHive.com), which serves as a marketplace of resources for event planners, launched during the summer of 2018. The site offers planning templates that can be used in organizing non-profit, corporate and social events.
Event Hive features items like task lists, budgets, runs of show, sponsor packets, committee materials, design materials and much more help to make the life of a worker-bee planner not so frenetic.
“Owning an event planning company helped me understand what tools and knowledge people need when embarking on an event,” Founder Susan Werremeyer said. “I always receive requests for samples of templates, and I thought there could be a marketplace of materials for other planners to share their creations, graphic design elements, etc.”
The site invites event planners, meeting planners, wanna-be planners and designers to create a shop to sell their items for others to download. More information can be obtained by using the contact form on TheEventHive.com.
Werremeyer Creative partnered with Event Hive to design and develop its ecommerce website around a WooCommerce platform. The goal was to create a website that was easy to navigate, featured products and contributors, and allowed planners to not only be better equipped, but supported by a community.
“Event Hive has free and paid resources conceived by planners who understand what works to execute seamless and memorable events,” Werremeyer added. “The goal is to encourage, mentor and nurture each other as we grow with each event by sharing tried and true materials. When planners get the resources and support they need, they’re best equipped to inspire our next generation of planners.”
